Ceremony & Reception Details

Meeting Location

For the ceremony, guests will meet at Springs of Life Church. If you are coming from the Coachella Valley, please allow 90-100 minutes for driving. We encourage guests to arrive by 4:30pm, and no later than 5pm. Upon arrival, snacks will be provided and bathrooms for use.

Please park in the back of the church. (on Commercial Way)

From the church, guests will carpool at 5:05pm to the ceremony location, with an assigned leader guiding the way for directions.

Due to the unique location and set up of the ceremony, guests will not be able to attend the ceremony if they have missed the carpool caravan.

Ceremony

The ceremony will be timed with the sunset and will begin at 5:45pm. Plan for temperatures in the low 60s. Limited chairs will be provided for those who are unable to stand. The ceremony will conclude around 6:20pm.

Reception

After the ceremony, guests will carpool back to the church for the reception. Dinner will be served just after 7pm. Refreshments and coffee will be available upon arrival. Name placements will be on tables, along with an order of service. The reception will conclude around 9:30-10pm.

Helpful Tips

  • We invite you to dress up for the occasion. Suits and formal dresses are not necessary, but we encourage attire that feels a little more special than your everyday Sunday best. Due to standing during the ceremony and the mountain landscape, we encourage guests to wear comfortable shoes that you aren’t worried about getting too dirty.

  • Our heart is to see Christ’s church flourish more and more. If you desire to be generous with a gift, we ask that you provide an offering to Cornerstone Church. You can do so here.

    If you wish to provide a physical or monatary gift, a table will be provided at the reception entrance for placement.

  • Running Springs is located in between Lake Arrowhead and Big Bear. It’s approximately 90 minutes from the Coachella Valley and 30 minutes from Redlands. Drivers can expect winding and slower parts coming up HWY 330. We encourage people to carpool with others.
