Children’s Check In Process
Easy as 1, 2, 3…
Step One
One of our amazing volunteers will greet you and at the check in kiosk as you enter the children’s room. They’ll gather some info for you to make sure that your child is transitioned into their ministry time easy and quick.
Step Two
Upon check in, you’ll receive a unique code that will be used to reference different notifications if we need to contact you about anything your child may need. Please note: you will also need to present this code to check your children out.
Step Three
When you return to pick up your children, present your code to to our volunteer and we’ll gather their belongings for you guys to leave. Please note: the same parent/guardian that checked in the child must be the same one checking out.
Notes
If your child has an allergy, please make sure to note that upon check in. We serve peanut and gluten free snacks at all times.
After the first time filling out your information, you will be put into our system for a quicker and easier check in process moving forward.
While we can notify you via text if your child is in need of anything, you can contact us on the same number if there is any change that needs to take place (ie: the parent who checked in has to leave and the other parent needs to check out). The code you were given will need to be provided for this.
